Terms of Service

FastListing AI is a digital SaaS service that helps users generate resale listing content from uploaded product photos. The service is delivered online and does not involve the shipment of physical goods.

By using FastListing AI, you agree to use the service only for lawful business or personal resale purposes and in compliance with the marketplace policies that apply to your listings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled. If you cancel, your paid access and any remaining paid credits continue until the end of the current billing cycle and then expire.

FastListing AI uses a credit-based system. Your plan includes 100 AI Credits per month, and each completed generation consumes credits according to the service logic in effect at the time of use.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not roll over unless explicitly stated otherwise on the pricing page.

You may not use the service to upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content, or to generate listings that misrepresent the goods being sold.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused, used for fraud, or used in a way that creates legal or operational risk.
